Cultural Dimensions

The ICAM cultural dimensions are based on the research of pioneers and scholars in the intercultural arena and over 30 years of our own experience of teaching culture to thousands of people around the world. We have adapted them to be most effective when teaching business people how to be most successful in their international work. We've also adapted them to be applicable when learning diversity appreciation that requires the same ability to interpret behaviors and appreciate their meanings.
